Lucy Small, Owner and Lead Designer
Lucy comes to North Georgia via a cross-continental and international journey of working with global brands and manufacturers. Her approach to design is unique - with a strong focus on experience, lifestyle and the personality of each individual client. Borrowing from her experience in commercial design, Lucy’s specialty is creating unique looks using a wide spectrum of materials that won’t be found elsewhere. Lucy is accredited in Building Design & Construction and has an MBA in Economics. Her attention to detail, focus on the client’s wants and needs and knowledge of construction make her an asset to builders, businesses and clients alike.
Lindsey Sommer, Showroom Manager
Lindsey is the foremost resource for starting your design journey in North Georgia and planning your selections process with us. She is passionate about home building and design, and has invested herself in learning the materials we offer. Lindsey keeps close relationships with vendors, distributors and other key players that make our designs possible. She is key in creating a custom and personal experience for clients in the showroom. When not welcoming guests to our showroom, Lindsey enjoys boating and fishing at her lakefront home with her family and dogs by her side.
Pepa Ivanoff, Art Director
Pepa is an experienced creative having spent her career in graphic design, art and design consulting for small and large clients all over the world. An Australian transplant in the US, Pepa brings a unique perspective to residential and commercial design. At State and Season, she is the in-house specialist for sourcing and designing custom pieces, curating custom art and liaising with special vendors.
Pepa loves beaches and surfing and splits her time between the United State and Costa Rica.
Ricki Lynn Cook, Design Assistant
Ricki Lynn has a long standing interest and passion for homes, exemplified in her 20-year career as a successful real estate agent with a heavy focus on new construction. She’s as adept on a job site as she is at our warehouse managing inventory or the showroom welcoming our clients. Ricki Lynn has worked with all types of clients throughout her decades in the home buying and building sectors and brings that passion and experience to work with her every day as a true asset to our firm.
Diana Word, Showroom Associate
Diana believes each individual home has a personal story behind the build. She relocated to North Georgia via California and has engaged actively with the community, spending her time either greeting guests at the showroom or supporting neighboring local businesses. Her experience and passion in design includes time at Restoration Hardware and attending the Fort Lauderdale Art Institute for Interior Design. She has a passion for the design and build process as well as seeing the excitement of clients once a project is complete.
