Designing a new home, renovating an existing home or restoring a much loved home - they all take the same care and attention. We approach interior design with a strong focus on the end user, emphasizing feeling, usability and experience to create the perfect composition of elements, colors, textures and materials. Our interior design process is very collaborative and guiding toward an end result that is absolutely perfect.
RENOVATION
It’s not unusual to find that your dream home is perhaps not waiting for you out in the housing market. Often, we find ourselves not only helping our customers accomplish that perfect home for their goals (whether family gathering, short term rental, sale, retirement or other) but also help them to realize what that vision looks like. We guide you along the way, advising on materials, regulations, permitting and of course take care of the construction and engineering component as well.
DESIGN PROCESS

Our retail location and showroom in Blue Ridge, Georgia is centrally located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and allows us to welcome our clients from North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and beyond.

We come to scope out your land or property and see if our goals will align with what’s possible.
Our design services to be on location are part of a design contract fee per property or $375 hourly cost to measure, consult and then work offsite to fulfill the vision.
Designer fees include designer time on design services. Additional charges like assembly, delivery, 3rd party work and overseeing contractors and builders are not included.

We’ll present a budget proposal, timeline and any required documentation like studies, permits or stamps required by the county or state.

Our projects follow the scope laid our and agreed upon by both of us - that means you’ll have insight into every part of the project as it is ongoing.
