Our Services

We’re happy to offer property management services to home owners that spend long periods of time away from their homes. We service the Ellijay, Blue Ridge, Blairsville and Hiawassee areas in Georgia and the Murphy and Hayesville areas in North Carolina.

Each contract for property management is custom tailored for the homeowner and their needs, and has a 6-month renewable term.

Please note we do not service homes listed for short term rental.

  • From filter changes to salt refills, we handle the water systems in your home to make sure everything is operational year round.

  • Filter replacements and necessary maintenance on heating and cooling systems in the home.

  • Part-time and away owners know how quickly dust bunnies and lady bugs can take over home. Scheduled cleanings, indoor and out can help to keep the home ready for your stay.

  • From weeds to dead trees to seasonal garden beds, landscape clean up can make a home feel fresh and new after seasonal changes.

  • Small fixes around the home from fixtures to lighting and plumbing, our property management services will stay on top of everything that needs to get done.

  • We offer the installation and maintenance of cameras, doorbells and door locks for homes in our property management service roster.
